I'm Sandra Echanique the founder and organizer behind Ready Steady Organize, and I'm so glad you are here! I spent fifteen years in the financial industry, working with two of the largest retail and commercial banks in the UK. My background in the fast paced corporate world has led me to create step-by-step organizing solutions to help clients function at their best. I love taking on creative challenges and turning them into something beautiful.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved how organization can transform your home.

Ready Steady Organize started when I offered to help a friend declutter and organize her closet, that project turned into multiple spaces. I loved organizing my own home, but this experience proved that I also loved doing it for others. I truly love organizing and it gives me so much joy to see the excitement of my clients once we've transformed their homes and hear how big of a difference it makes in their lives.
