I’m Sandra Echanique, founder and organizer behind Ready Steady Organize—and I’m so glad you’re here!

Before launching my organizing business, I spent 15 years in the financial industry, working with two of the largest retail and commercial banks in the UK. My time in the fast-paced corporate world taught me how important structure, clarity, and efficiency can be—not just in business, but in everyday life. That experience now shapes the step-by-step organizing solutions I create to help my clients function at their very best.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to how organization can completely transform a home. Ready Steady Organize began when I offered to help a friend declutter her closet. One project quickly led to another, and soon I realized that my love for organizing didn’t stop at my own home—I loved doing it for others, too.

Today, I combine creativity, functionality, and a personal touch to bring order and beauty to the spaces that matter most. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy and relief on a client’s face after we’ve transformed their space—and hearing how much of a difference it’s made in their daily life.
